肛周脓肿一次性根治术后应用体外培育牛黄临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肛周脓肿一次性根治术后使用体外培育牛黄外用换药的临床疗效,寻求一种缩短肛周脓肿术后愈合期且安全有效的换药方案。方法:将60例肛周脓肿一次性根治术后患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,对照组使用盐水纱条换药,对所有患者创面渗液、切口疼痛程度以及愈合时间进行比较分析,治疗组使用体外培育牛黄外用换药。结果:治疗组术后第7、14、21天渗液评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后第7、14天疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);且无不良反应事件发生。结论:体外培育牛黄应用于肛周脓肿术后换药能够有效减少创面渗液,减轻患者切口疼痛以及缩短切口愈合时间。Objective to observe the curative effect of using calculus bovis sativus in the treatment of perianal abscess after one-time radical resection, and to seek for a safe and effective method to shorten the postoperative healing period of perianal abscess. Methods 60 patients with perianal abscess after one-time radical resection were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was changed with external medicine of calculus bovis sativus, and the observation group was changed with saline gauze. Results the seepage score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 7, 14 and 21 days after surgery(P<0.05). The pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P<0.05). The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). And no adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion calculus bovis sativus for postoperative dressing change of perianal abscess is a safe and effective drug, which can effectively reduce wound seepage, reduce patients’ incision pain and shorten wound healing time.
