摘 要:湖南省一次能源缺乏,大量电力需要由省外供给,现有网架结构下的受电能力无法满足负荷增长的需求,电力缺口将逐年增大。湖北一湖南三回500kV交流联络线输送能力受线路热稳定输送容量和湖南暂态稳定问题双重约束。甘肃一湖南±800kV祁韶特高压直流受电能力与跨区跨省交流联络线输送极限、受端换流站近区潮流疏散等问题存在复杂的耦合关系。构建交直流协调控制系统,可以降低大容量直流对交流系统的故障冲击,同时提高湖南电网的直流受电能力。华中特高压交流环网的建设将改善湖南电网“强直弱交”的特性,提高湖南电网的电压稳定水平和故障后交流电网的承载能力,提高湖南电网的交直流整体受电能力。Because of primary energy deficiency, large amounts of electric power are supplied from outside the hunan province. The receiving capability of hunan power grid cannot meet the soaring demand for electricity. The transmission capacity of 500 kV alternating current lines from Hubei to Hunan are restricted by thermal stability of the transmission line and transient stability problem in Hunan. Coupling relationship exists among the transmission capacity of ±800 kV UHVDC from Gansu to Hunan, the steady state stability limit of 1 000 kV alternating current line from northern China to central China power grid, power flow distribution near Shaoshan converter station and transient voltage stability problem in Hunan power grid. Building coordinated AC/DC control system can reduce fault impact of large capacity HVDC and improve the receiving capacity in the meantime. The ultra-high voltage alternating current transmission network in central China will improve stable level of Hunan power grid. The anti-disturbance and power receiving capability of Hunan power grid will improve at the same time.
