摘 要:为研究新型BaBrI(Eu)闪烁体探测性能,运用MCNP5模拟了不同尺寸大小、激活剂含量、射线能量对新型BaBrI(Eu)探测器光子产额和探测效率的影响。研究发现,当射线能量662keV不变,BaBrI(Eu)尺寸为Ф90mm×80mm.Eu浓度在3%时相对光输岀达到最大值100.18%,具有很好的相对光输岀和探测效率;相对光产额在高、低能射线下皆明显优于BGO探测器,但在低能射线部分稍劣于Nal(T1)探测器;探测效率随着γ射线能量的增加而降低,且介于Nal(Tl)和BGO之间。表明了BaBrI(Eu)探测器具有很好的探测性能及发展前景。To study the detection performance of New BabrI ( Eu) scintillator, the effects of different size, activator content and Ray energy on the photon yield and detection efficiency of new BabrI ( Eu) detectors were simulated by MCNP5. It is found that when the radiation energy 662 keV unchanged, the BaBrI (Eu) size is Ф90 mm ×80 mm, the Eu concentration at 3%, the relative light output reaches the maximum value of 100.18%, which has good relative optical output and detection efficiency. The relative light yield is obviously superior to the BGO detector under high and low energy rays, However, the low energy rays were slightly inferior to NAI (Tl) detectors, and the detection efficiency decreased with the increase of 7-ray energy, between Nal (Tl) and BGO. The results show that the BabrI ( Eu) detector has good detection performance and development prospect.
