摘  要:目的:研究基于信息技术的实验室标本流转功能的应用效果。方法:改造软硬件,建立实验室标本流转模块,并应用RFID技术及RFID标签,实现标本流转前、流转中与流转后的实时监管。结果:与应用信息技术相比,应用后实验室标本的TAT时间缩短,报告及时率提高,不合格标本的拒签率下降,患者的满意度从85.0%提高到94.7%,医患纠纷率从6.5%下降到2.1%。结论:标本流转功能及RFID技术与标签的应用,使标本处理的及时性有所提高,标本流转的出错率显著降低,临床与患者满意度均有提高,在实际应用中取得良好的效果。Objective: Research on the application effect of laboratory sample transfer function based on information technology. Methods: With reform of software and hardware, construction of laboratory sample transfer, application of RFID technology and RFID label, the real-time inspection of the sample circulation before, in the circulation and after the circulation was realized. Results: After the application of information technology, the TAT time of the laboratory sample was shortened, the timely report rate was increased, the rejection rate of unqualified sample was decreased, the satisfaction of patients increased from 85.0% to 94.7%, and the rate of doctor-patient disputes decreased from 6.5% to 2.1%. Conclusion: The application of sample transfer function and RFID technology and label would improve the timeliness of sample processing, reduce the error rate of sample transfer significantly, which finally satisfy our clinical and patients.
