防跌倒安全护理对老年心内科住院患者跌倒发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析防跌倒安全护理对老年心内科住院患者跌倒发生率的影响。方法:以老年心内科住院患者作为研究对象,以110例防跌倒安全护理作为研究组,以100例常规护理作为对照组,比较两组跌倒发生情况的差异。结果:研究组跌倒发生率为0.91%,明显低于对照组的19.00%,P <0.05。研究组护理满意度(98.18%)明显高于对照组(84.00%),P <0.05。结论:防跌倒安全护理可明显降低老年心内科住院患者跌倒发生率,改善护理质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To study the impact on falls incidence of anti-fall safety nursing for senile in-patients at cardiac department. Methods: The senile in-patients at cardiac department were as study objects, 110 cases given anti-fall safety nursing were as study group, 100 cases given conventional nursing were as control group,the difference of falls happening between the two groups were compared. Results: The falls incidence rate in study group of 0.91%, was significantly lower than the control group of 19.00%, P <0.05. The nursing satisfaction of study group(98.18%) was significantly higher than control group(84.00%), P <0.05. Conclusion: The antifalls safety nursing effectively reduces falls incidence for senile in-patients at cardiac department, improves nursing quality, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
