摘　　要：选择合理的肺部肿瘤专病数据库建设方案是项目成功的关键。以上海胸科医院肺部肿瘤专病数据库建设项目为背景,设计了方案评估三层指标体系,运用AHP法求取各指标的权重,最后运用TOPSIS法完成方案的优劣排序。结合AHP和TOPSIS法形成的肺部肿瘤专病数据库建设方案的优选方法使用方便,决策结果较为客观,为医院成功构建肺部肿瘤专病数据库提供了重要的理论依据。The key to the success of the project is to select a reasonable alternative for constructing the lung tumor special disease database. Based on the background of the construction project for lung tumor special disease database of Shanghai Chest Hospital, the research designs a three-layer indicators system, then calculates each indicator's weight by the theory of AHP, and finally prioritizes the schemes using of the TOPSIS method. The result shows that alternative optimization of database construction for lung tumor with the combination of AHP and TOPSIS is convenient to use. The decision result is relatively objective, and provides an important theoretical basis for the successful construction of Shanghai chest hospital lung tumor diseases database.
