摘  要:目的:改变传统HIS的两层或三层架构设计模式,采用分布式服务架构设计方式降低系统模块之间的耦合,能够按业务模块实现集群化部署,同时保证产品的高可用性。方法:采用开源服务治理框架Dubbo,结合服务注册中心Zookeeper、负载均衡模块Nginx、院内集成平台软件Ensemble等实现院内一体化HIS&EMR的分布式服务架构搭建。结果:采用分布式服务架构之后,系统模块之间的耦合度降低,业务扩展、系统升级或版本变更等更加方便快捷,集群化部署解决了单点故障和高并发问题。结论:采用互联网架构实现HIS&EMR产品很好地弥补了传统HIS耦合度高、扩展困难等诸多问题。Objective: To change the design pattern of two-tier or three-tier architecture of traditional HIS, and to reduce the coupling between system modules by adopting a cloth-based service architecture design method, to implement cluster deployment by service modules, and to ensure high availability of products. Methods: The Alibaba Open Source Service Management Framework, Dubbo, was combined with the service registry Zookeeper, the load balancing module Nginx, and the hospital integrated platform software Ensemble to realize the distributed service architecture of the hospital's integrated HIS & EMR. Results: After adopting the distributed service architecture, the degree of coupling between the system modules is reduced, and the businesss expansion, system upgrade, or version change is more convenient, and the clustered deployment solves single point of failure and high concurrency issues. Conclusion: The use of the Internet architecture to achieve HIS&EMR products is a good complement to the traditional HIS coupling, expansion difficulties and many other issues.
