摘　　要：目的:对质控驱动的体检软件进行优化设计,以满足质量管理条例对三级医院健康管理中心更高的质控要求,同时优化现行流程、支持扩展功能,为医护人员及受检人员提供更优质的服务。方法:在传统数据库的基础上着重强化规则库和知识库的构建,并精细化检前流程和检后流程。结果:诊断下达质量、数据分析质量、体检报告质量、高危异常检查结果及传染病上报质量均得到了优化。结论:质控驱动的体检软件需做好持续性优化,将朝着独立化、专业化、个性化的方向发展。Objective: This paper aims to do the optimization design on physical examination software based on QC-driven, which can satisfy the higher demands of QC in tertiary hospital’s heath management center, and then supply higher quality service for medical workers and subjects by optimizing current process and supporting extend function. Methods: Focus on building rule base and knowledge base upon traditional database, and then make detailed process on the examination before and after. Results: The quality on diagnosing, analyzing, medical examination report, reported data with high risk or infection diseases all benefit from the improvement.Conclusion: It should conduct continuous optimization on physical examination software based on QC-driven, which will take future directions on independency, mastery and autobiography.
