藏族青少年脚型结构特点研究

摘　　要：利用Infoot3D足部扫描仪对58名藏族青少年和20名与其年龄、身高、体重相匹配的汉族青少年进行脚型特点对比分析,共测量了与长度向、高度向、围度向以及角度相关的30组数据。分析2组青少年脚型特点的差异,以及组间、性别差异。研究结果显示:藏族青少年的舟上弯点、前跚骨突点、踵心全宽、拇趾厚度、外踝骨下缘点高度数据显著大于汉族青少年;藏族青少年的足部特征显示,男性足部围度、宽度数据经标准化处理后显著大于女性对应数据;藏族青少年患锤状足的比例明显大于汉族。由于藏族与汉族青少年的脚型特点有明显差异,在设计与制作鞋类时,应充分考虑不同民族人群的脚型结构特点。Data were collected by Infoot 3D scanner.Totally 58 Tibetan teenagers were recruited.Another 20 Han teenagers,matched to the counterparts for age,weight and height were selected from the same database.30 morphology measurements including length,height,girth and angle data were selected to perform statistical analysis.The results show that the Tibetan teenagers display significantly greater ankle height,heel width,thickness of toes,height of tarsal than that of Han counterparts.The male participants show significantly higher and flatter feet to the female participants.Tibetan teenagers are more likely to have hammer toes.It is speculated that footwear must he designed to cater to the specific foot dimensions of different nation teenagers.
