摘　　要：目的:探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者体内小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、P-选择素及D-二聚体的水平及临床意义方法:选取课题研究期间来我院就诊的符合条件的冠心病患者,按病情分为稳定性心绞痛(SA)组、不稳定性心绞痛(UA)组、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组,选取同期来院体检的心脏检查无异常者为健康对照组.检测各组sdLDL-C、P-选择素、D-二聚体等指标的水平结果:冠心病患奢sdLDL-C、P-选择素和D-二聚体水平均明显高于对照组,且各组间差异也均有统计学意义〉结论:sdLDL-C、P-选择素及D-二聚体与冠心病的发生、发展密切相关,对冠心病的早期诊断及病情监测看重要的临床应用价值。Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of small dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, P-selectin and D-dimer in patients with Coronary Heart Disease. Methods: The patients with coronary heart disease who came to our hospital during the period of subject research were selected as CHE) group. These patients were divided into SA group, UA group and AMI group according to their illness condition. People of control group were selected from people who with physical fitness in our hospital in the same period. The levels of serum sdLDL-C, P-selectin and D-dimer were detected respectively. Results: The levels of sdLDL-C, P-selectin and D-dimer in CHI) group were significantly higher than those in control group. Conclusion: The levels ofsdLDL-C, P-selectin and D-dimer were closely related to the occurrence and development of CHD, so they could provide us important clinical value in early diagnosis and condition monitoring of coronary heart disease.
