稀碘伏溶液浸泡术野对脊柱手术后切口感染风险探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察稀碘伏溶液浸泡术野在脊柱手术中的应用对减少术后切口感染风险的干预作用。方法随机选取2012年1月一2018年12月本院接诊且行脊柱手术治疗的病患100例,随机分成研究和对照两组(n=50)。研究组术中关闭切口前予以稀碘伏溶液浸泡术野处理,对照组关闭切口前予以生理盐水冲洗术野处理。分析两组切口感染的发生情况,并对各组的胸椎手术比例等指标作出比较。结果:研究组切口感染发生率为0低于对照组的8.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间为(120.82±48.97)min短于对照组的(139.46±84.03)min,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组的胸椎手术为48.0%高于对照组的28.0%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:稀碘伏溶液浸泡术野具有价格低廉、效果确切以及操作简单等特点,将之积极用于脊柱手术中,可有效预防术后切口感染,并有助于提高患者对手术治疗的满意程度,建议临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Dilute Iodophor Solution Immersion in spinal surgery on reducing the risk of incision infection. Method 100 patients who received spinal surgery in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to odd and even number grouping method (n=50). The study group was treated with Dilute Iodophor Solution Immersion before closing the incision, while the control group was treated with saline irrigation before closing the incision and drawing. The incidence of incision infection in the two groups was analyzed, and the ratio of thoracic vertebral surgery in each group was compared. Result The incision infection rate in the study group was 0.0%, lower than that in the control group (8.0%, P < 0.05). The operation time of the study group was (120.82±48.97) minutes, which was shorter than that of the control group (139.46±84.03) minutes, P < 0.05. The proportion of thoracic vertebral surgery in the study group was 48.0%, higher than that in the control group (28.0%, P < 0.05). Conclusion Dilute iodophor solution immersion field has the characteristics of low price, exact effect and simple operation. Actively using it in spinal surgery can effectively prevent incision infection after operation, and help to improve patients'satisfaction with surgical treatment It is recommended that it be popularized in clinic.
