小儿麻醉诱导期舒芬太尼对丙泊酚镇静作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究使用不同剂量的舒芬太尼对丙泊酚在小儿麻醉诱导期的镇静作用.方法:选取我院收治的126例需进行外科手术的患儿均分为三组作为研究对象.结果:实验A组与实验B组失去意识的麻醉诱导期所用时间、丙泊酚效应室浓度少于对照组,同时脑电双频指数均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:一定剂量的舒芬太尼可以增强丙泊酚镇静效果,具有良好协同作用.Objective To study the sedative effect of different doses of sufentanil on propofol during induction of anesthesia in children. Methods 126 children who needed surgery in our hospital were divided into three groups. Result The induction time of unconscious anesthesia and the concentration of propofol effector in group A and B were less than those in control group, and the bispectral index of EEG was higher than that in control group. Conclusion Sufentanil can enhance the sedative effect of propofol with good synergistic effect.
