摘  要:目的:针对前额颅底开放性颅脑损伤的手术治疗问题进行分析,以期为前额颅底开放性颅脑损伤的手术治疗提供参考.方法:选取2014年10月一2016年10月我院接诊的30例前额颅底开放性颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象,通过对其病历资料、影像资料进行讨论分析,之后手术检查颅内具体情况.经过检查发现颅内有不同程度的硬膜破损、颅底骨骨折和颅内血肿等情况,通过自体局部设计对患者的颅内损伤部位进行修补重建的手段对患者进行治疗m.结果:手术后患者脑脊液没有漏液情况,颅内无感染并发症出现.结论:在前额颅底开放性颅脑损伤的手术治疗的过程中,在对颅脑彻底清创的基础上进行带蒂自体额颞肌筋膜骨膜瓣修复治疗,术后恢复较好,无感染并发症现象,手术效果良好,临床应用价值显著,值得进行临床推广.Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of open craniocerebral injury in the forehead skull base,and to explore and analyze it,in order to provide reference for the surgical treatment of open craniocerebral injury in the forehead skull base.Methods Thirty patients with open skull and brain injury of the forehead in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were screened.The medical records and imaging data were discussed and analyzed.Specific circumstancesAfter examination,it was found that there were different degrees of dura matei;skull base fracture and intracranial hematoma in the skull.The patient's intracranial injury site was repaired and reconstructed by autologous local design.Results There was no leakage of cerebrospinal fluid in the patient after surgery;and no complications of intracranial infection occurred.Condusion In the course of surgical treatment of open craniocerebral injury in the forehead skull base,the pedicled pedicled myofascial fascia periosteum flap was repaired on the basis of thorough debridement of the skull.The postoperative recovery was good without infection.The complication phenomenon,the surgical effect is good,the clinical application value is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
