关于现今医学生临床实习的几点思考

摘　　要：临床实习是医学生走向临床工作岗位重要的过渡阶段,如今考研及就业压力、教学管理、医患关系的紧张等因素严重影响了临床实习质量。本文就提高医学生临床实习质量和培养高素质的医学人才进行了探索。For medical students, clinical practices are a transition stage which play an important role on the way of going to clinical works. At present, the quality of clinical practices is impacted largely by many factors, including graduate-study admission exams, the pressure of employments, teaching managements and the complex relationships between doctors and patients. This article tried our best to explore strategies for improving the quality of clinical practices and training high-quality medical talents.
