摘　　要：目的探讨异位副脾的超声诊断。方法回顾性研究经病理证实的12例异位副脾的超声表现。结果 12例异位副脾超声表现为大小不一、实性均匀、边界清楚、与主脾等回声结节,多呈类圆形或椭圆形,CDFI多无血流信号。结论异位副脾超声表现有一定的特点,影像学增强检查有助于异位副脾的诊断。Objective To explore the ultrasound diagnosis in ectopic spleen.Methods 12 cases of ectopic accessory spleen were included in the study.All cases were confirmed by pathology.Results Ultrasonography of 12 accessory spleen nodules showed equal echo nodules of different sizes,solid uniformity,sharp borders,mostly round or oval in shape and no flow signal.Conclusions Ectopic accessory spleen has some features of ultrasonic appearance.Imaging enhanced examination can contribute to the diagnosis of accessory spleen.
