数字化技术在服装设备中的应用

摘　　要：介绍三维人体测量系统、服装模板缝制设备、吊挂传输式服装加工系统、服装3D打印、在线试衣与虚拟服装走秀等设备系统,阐述数字化技术在服装设备中的应用,以及服装数字化设备所呈现出来的优势。文章表明,基于数字化技术的服装设备已成为增强企业竞争力的重要因素,服装数字化设备的使用,可以降低工人的技术要求,有效地提升产品品质和生产效率。This paper introduces three-dimensional human body measurement system,garment template sewing equipment,hanging transmission garment processing system,garment 3D printing,online fitting and virtual garment show and other equipment systems,and expounds the application of digital technology in garment equipment,as well as the advantages of garment digital equipment.The article shows that clothing equipment based on digital technology has become an important factor to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.The use of digital clothing equipment can reduce the technical requirements of workers and effectively improve product quality and production efficiency.
