摘  要:纺织品织造过程中通过加入具有导电性质的导电纤维可有效减少静电,常见的导电纤维是以涤纶和锦纶为基,当导电纤维与同成分的纤维混纺时无法通过化学法进行定量分析。文中对羊毛、涤纶与导电涤纶混纺纱,羊毛、锦纶与导电锦纶混纺纱进行定量分析,首先用次氯酸钠溶解掉混纺纱中的羊毛,然后利用物理方法测量纤维的直径,结合纤维密度计算出导电纤维含量,并与化学法对比。结果表明,使用化学法和物理法所得导电纤维的含量均与设计值一致,而对于化学法无法定量分析的羊毛、涤纶与导电涤纶混纺纱,也可使用物理法定量分析。Static electricity can be effectively reduced by adding conductive fibers with conductive properties in the textile weaving process.Common conductive fibers are based on polyester and nylon,when conductive fibers are mixed with fibers of the same composition,it cannot be quantitatively analyzed by chemical methods.In this paper,wool,polyester and conductive polyester blended yarn,wool,nylon and conductive nylon blended yarn were quantitatively analyzed.Firstly,the wool in the blended yarn was dissolved by sodium hypochlorite,and thenthe diameter of the fiber was measured by physical method,and the fiber density was calculated.Conductive fiber content is compared to chemical methods.The results show that the content of conductive fibers obtained by chemical method and physical method is consistent with the design value,and the physical method can also be used for quantitative analysis of wool,polyester and conductive polyester blended yarns that cannot be quantitatively analyzed by chemical methods.
