摘  要:分别以丁酮肟和NaHSO_3作为封端剂预封端聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂(PUA),通过红外光谱表征其预封端结构。研究了预封端PUA的解封温度、解封时间及UV-湿气固化预封端PUA胶粘剂的性能。丁酮肟和NaHSO_3预封端PUA的最低解封温度分别为125℃和60℃。预封端的PUA可显著改善胶粘剂的贮存稳定性和减少固化过程中胶粘剂的发泡现象,但会降低胶层的耐水性和硬度。The polyurethane acrylate(PUA)was blocked with butanone oxime and NaHSO3,respectively.The structures of the obtained blocked PUAs were characterized by FT-IR.The unblocking temperature and unblocking time of the blocked PUAs and the properties of the UV-moisture dually curable adhesives were investigated.The lowest unblocking temperature of the blocked PUAs with butanone oxime and NaHSO3 as the blocking agents were 125℃and 60℃,respectively.The PUA adhesives stability was improved and the bubble phenomenon appeared during the curing process was reduced after being blocked.However,the hardness and the water-resistance of the blocked PUA adhesives were poorer than that of the unblocked ones.
