摘　　要：基于"健康中国"背景下健康城市社区公共体育服务保障体系构建的必要性,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析构建健康城市社区公共体育服务保障体系所处的时代背景和现实困境,探讨健康城市社区公共体育服务保障体系的构建路径。提出了树立健康城市社区公共体育服务保障体系构建的发展观、创新健康城市社区公共体育服务保障体系的驱动力机制、构建健康城市社区公共体育多元主体参与的创新发展模式,以促进健康城市社区公共体育服务水平的提高。Necessitated by the construction of the community public sports service security system in healthy cities under the background of“healthy China”,the research probes into the bygone era and realistic predicament of constructing the commu-nity public sports service security system in healthy cities. The methods employed are literature review,questionnaire and strategy innovation. The article then maintains that the construction path of urban community public sports service guarantee system is to be established. Meanwhile,the development view of establishing healthy urban community public sports service guarantee system,the driving mechanism of innovating this guarantee system,and the innovative development model of con-structing healthy urban community public sports multi - subject participation are respectively inspected and discussed. All these will improve the level of public sports service in healthy urban communities.
