摘 要:目前内燃机车在铁路运输行业中仍发挥着重要作用,针对铁路现场内燃机车交流牵引电机转速精确控制的实际问题,构建PLC模糊逻辑平台为基础的内燃机车交流牵引电机转速控制系统。系统按内燃机车交流牵引电机的设定速度和实际反馈速度,获取速度误差和误差变化量,通过PLC实现变量模糊化和去模糊化处理,然后根据内燃机车交流牵引电机输出的脉冲宽度调制信号实现内燃机车交流牵引电机速度的精确控制。模拟仿真表明:该系统能够实现内燃机车交流牵引电机在不同的负载下转速的精确控制,有一定实用价值。At present,diesel locomotives is still playing an important role in the railway transportation industry. In this paper, the AC motor speed control system based on PLC fuzzy logic platform is constructed to solve the actual problem of the accurate control of the speed of the AC motor of the diesel locomotive. According to the setting speed and the actual feedback speed of the AC motor, the system gets the speed error and the error variation. Through the PLC, the variable fuzzification and defuzzification are realized , and then the precise control of the speed of the AC current motor of the diesel locomotive is achieved by the pulse width modulation signal output from the AC motor of the diesel locomotive. The simulation shows that the system can realize the precise control of the speed of the AC motor under different loads and also has certain practical value.
