摘  要:北疆供水工程运行以来,渠床长期处于高水位浸泡状态,导致工程在运行过程中部分渠段发生滑坡。随着"渠道换填一体化设备"、多功能混凝土置缝机、多功能混凝土表面成型机的发明,混凝土衬砌机优化升级,填补了传统设备及技术空白,促使了渠道开挖换填流水作业的完成,混凝土在塑性阶段,摊铺振捣、分格置缝、表面成型等各道工序一次性完成,真正意义上实现了渠道升级改造机械化的快速施工。Since the operation of the water supply project in North Xinjiang, the canal bed has been immersed in high water level for a long time, resulting in landslides in some canal sections during the operation of the project. Through the invention of "integrated equipment for channel replacement and filling","multi-functional concrete seam-setting machine" and multi-functional concrete surface-forming machine, the optimization and upgrading of concrete lining machine fill the gap of traditional equipment and technology, and promote the completion of channel excavation and filling flow-water operation. In the plastic stage, concrete paving, vibration-tamping, partitioned seam-setting, surface-forming and other processes are completed at one time. In a sense, the rapid construction of mechanized channel upgrading and transformation has been realized.
