摘　　要：泵站作为水利工程的重要组成部分,不仅承担着灌溉除涝、供水防洪的重要任务,还能够对排灌、水资源调度发挥非常重要的作用,是工农业生产的重要基础,为我国社会生产做出了重要贡献,社会价值非常高。通过对泵站进行全面、细致的精细化管理,确保水利泵站能够安全、高效运转,能够充分发挥出泵站工程的经济效益和社会效益。论文阐述了泵站工程运营管理工作的现状,分析了泵站工程精细化管理概况,提出了实现泵站工程精细化管理的有效途径。As an important part of water conservancy projects, pumping stations not only undertake the important tasks of irrigation and flood control, but also play a very important role in irrigation and drainage, water resources scheduling. It is an important basis for industrial and agricultural production. It has made important contributions to China’s social production. Its social values are very high. The comprehensive and meticulous fine management of the pumping station can ensure that the water pumping station can operate safely and efficiently, and give full play to the economic and social benefits of the pumping station project. This paper expounds the present situation of operation and management of pump station, analyzes the general situation of fine management of pump station, and puts forward an effective way to realize fine management of pump station project.
