摘　　要：目的探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)扳机日血清低雌二醇(E2)水平对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者控制性超促排卵(COH)治疗结局的影响。方法根据HCG扳机日血清E2水平将2017年1月至2018年5月山西省人民医院收治的150例IVF-ET患者分为低水平组(E2<1 500 pg/ml,n=36)和正常水平组(E2>1 500 pg/ml,n=114),比较两组患者的获卵数、受精数、临床妊娠率、种植率。结果低水平组IVF-ET患者平均获卵数、受精数均高于正常水平组(P<0.05);正常水平组IVF-ET患者种植率高于低水平组(P<0.05);两组临床妊娠率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HCG扳机日血清E2水平较低将影响IVF-ET患者获卵数、受精数和种植率,临床医生应根据患者实际情况适时补充雌激素,保障IVF-ET效果。Objective To investigate the effect of serum low estradiol (E2) level on the outcome of controlled hyperovulation (COH) treatment in patients with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) on human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) trigger day. Methods A total of 150 patients with IVF-ET form January 2017 to May 2018 in Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital were divided into low level group (E2<1 500 pg/ml, n=36) and normal level group (E2>1 500 pg/ml, n=114). The number of eggs obtained, fertilization number, clinical pregnancy rate, and implantation rate in the two groups were compared. Results The average number of eggs and fertilization in the low-level group were higher than those in the normal level group (P<0.05). The implantation rate of IVF-EF patients in the normal level group was higher than that in the low level group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The low serum E2 level on HCG trigger day will significantly affect the number of eggs, fertilization and implantation rate of IVF-ET patients. Clinicians should timely supplement estrogen according to the actual situation of patients, so as to ensure the effect of IVF-ET.
