摘 要:目的探讨改良型脊柱外固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2018年10月胸腰椎骨折患者58例,依据手术方案分为两组,每组29例。观察组应用改良型脊柱外固定器行微创外固定手术治疗,对照组采取常规切开复位钉棒内固定手术治疗。记录两组患者手术用时、术中出血量及住院时间,比较手术前后两组患者Cobb角、椎体前缘高度比,统计术后并发症。结果观察组手术用时、住院时间、术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后Cobb角小于对照组(P<0.05),椎体前缘高度比大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症比例低于对照组(6.90%比41.38%,P<0.05)。结论改良型脊柱外固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折,有利于促进患者伤椎恢复,降低术后并发症风险,优化围术期指标。Objective To investigate the effect of modified spinal external fixator on thoracolumbar fracture. Method A total of 58 patients with thoracolumbar fractures from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to the surgical plan,with 29 cases in each group. In the observation group, the modified external fixator was treated with minimally invasive external fixation, and the control group was treated by routine incision reduction nail rod internal fixation surgery. The operation time, intraoperative hemorrhage and hospital stay of the two groups were recorded, the Cobb angle and the height ratio of the vertebral frontal front before and after the operation were compared, and the postoperative complications were statistically analyzed.Results In the observation group, the time of operation, hospital stay and intraoperative hemorrhage were less than those of control group(P<0.05). After operation,the height ratio of cobb angle and vertebral anterior edge in the observation group were greater than that of control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.9% vs. 41.38%, P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with modified spinal external fixator is helpful to promote the recovery of injured vertebrae,and can reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and can optimize the perioperative index.
