弹性髓内针治疗儿童长骨骨折效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究弹性髓内针应用于儿童长骨骨折治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年4月至2018年4月108例儿童长骨骨折患儿,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,每组54例,研究组采取弹性髓内针,对照组采取切开复位钢板固定,比较两组治疗结果。结果研究组手术时间、出血量、住院时间及骨折愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组优良率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率为5.56%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);治疗前两组精神、睡眠、疼痛及日常生活评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内针应用于儿童长骨骨折中效果明显,可缩短治疗时间,促进骨折快速愈合,避免并发症产生,改善生活质量,为预后提供保障。Objective To study the application value of elastic stable intramedullary nail in long bone fracture. Methods One hundred and eitght children with long bone fracture treated from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and assigned to two groups according to the different therapies, with 54 cases in each group. The study group was treated with elastic stable intramedullary nail;the control group was treated with open reduction and plate fixation. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding volume, hospitalization time and bone healing time in the study group was lower that those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05);the good rate in the study group(96.30%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05);the incidence rate of complications in the study group(5.56%) was significantly lower than control group(16.67%)(P<0.05);before treatment, the scores of spirituality, sleeping, pain and daily life showed no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment, the related scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The elastic stable intramedullary nail can remarkably shorten the treatment time, promote the wound healing, avoid the complications, and improve the life quality and patient’s prognosis.
