摘 要:随着烟草行业的发展,市场对水松原纸的需求逐渐多样化,印刷工艺越来越复杂,为了避免出现透印现象,要求水松原纸具有较高的阻隔性,即要求水松原纸具有较高的不透明度。当前提高不透明度的方式是通过系统内添加钛白粉(二氧化钛),既提高不透明度指标,又不会影响产品其他性能。但钛白粉价格较高,导致产品成本升高,所以如何降低生产成本,提高钛白粉的利用率是当前钛白粉应用领域的重点课题。该文研究了应用于水松原纸的一种阳离子淀粉包覆钛白粉技术。结果表明:该技术可有效地提高钛白粉的利用率,明显降低生产成本。With the development of tobacco industry , the market demands for tipping base paper are gradually diversified and the printing process is more and more complex. In order to avoid the phenomenon of overprinting, the tipping base paper is required to be highly obstructive, that is, tipping base paper is required to be highly opaque. Currently, the way to improve the opacity is to add titanium dioxide into the system, which can not only improve the opacity index, but also not affect other properties of the product. However, the high price of titanium dioxide increases the cost of products. Therefore, how to reduce production cost and improve the application efficiency of titanium dioxide is a key issue in the current application field of titanium dioxide. In this paper, the application of a cationic starch coated titanium dioxide in the tipping base paper is studied. The results show that this technology can effectively improve the application efficiency of titanium dioxide and significantly reduce the production cost.
