松香施胶剂对2种漂白化学热磨机械浆施胶效果的研究

摘　　要：该文采用2种漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)为原料抄纸,考察了松香-硫酸铝施胶体系对这2种BCTMP的施胶效果。结果表明:增加硫酸铝用量可以提高松香胶在纸页中的留着率,并改善施胶效果;这2种BCTMP中丙酮可抽提物含量较低的浆料(TSA)相对于丙酮可抽提物含量较高的浆料(SCA),使用较少硫酸铝和松香胶就可以取得更好的施效较果;当二者的Cobb值均为30g/m^2时,后者的硫酸铝和松香胶的用量为前者的2倍以上。In this paper, taking two kinds of Bleached Chemical Thermo Mechanical Pulp (BCTMP) as raw materials for papermaking, the sizing effect of the rosin-aluminum sulfate sizing system on these two kinds of BCTMP was investigated.The results showed thatincreasing the amount of aluminum sulfate can increase the retention rate of rosin size in the paper sheet and also improvethe sizing performance. Compared with SCA pulp contains more acetone extractables, TSA pulp with lower acetone extractables can obtain better sizing performance byusing less aluminum sulfate and rosin size. When the Cobb values of both reached to 30g/m^2, the consumption of the aluminum sulfate and rosin size of the former is more than two times that of the latter.
