摘　　要：阳离子定着剂是一种低相对分子质量、高阳电荷密度的聚合物,作为一种湿部添加剂,阳离子定着剂在造纸过程中能起到良好的滤水、留着、成型以及改善运行性能的功效,可以提高系统的稳定性,有效地吸附系统内产生的阴离子垃圾。该文研究了一种阳离子定着剂(主要成分是环氧氯丙烷)在水松原纸中的应用,采用该阳离子定着剂替代传统的阳离子淀粉,与聚丙烯酰胺型助留剂组成新的双元助留组合,验证其在造纸湿部中的助留助滤效果和对成纸指标的影响。结果表明,阳离子定着剂可以与聚丙烯酰胺型助留剂组成较好的双元助留系统,对系统的助留助滤效果和对成纸指标的改善效果均较好。The cationic fixing agent is a kind of polymer withlow molecular weight and high positive charge density. As a kind of wet end additive, the cationic agent can play a good rolein water filtration, retention, molding and improving the running performance in the papermaking process, can improve the stability of the system, effective adsorb the anionic trash generated in the system. This paper studiedthe application of acationic fixing agent (the main ingredient is epoxy chloropropane) used in cedar base paper. The cationic fixing agent was used to replace the traditional cationic starch and a new dual retention aid was formedwith the polyacrylamide type retention agent. Then its retention and drainage effect in the wet end of papermaking and the impact on the paper index was verified. The results showed that the cationic fixing agent can be combined with the polyacrylamide retention agent to form a better dual retention system, andhad a better effect on the retention and drainage of the system as well as the paper index.
