摘　　要：改革开放40年,我国城镇化快速发展。未来一段时间,随着城市不断扩容以及越来越多的人涌向城市,我国势必出现更多“城中村”。在这一区域存在大量租住于此的外来人口,他们的居住环境存在各种各样的问题。文章通过对呼和浩特城中村租住房屋的现状进行实地调查和分析研究,选取代表性“联排式”出租屋为例,进行优化,探索适宜不同类型低收入人群租住的设计方式。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China's urbanization has developed rapidly. In the future, with the continuous expansion of the city and more and more people pouring into the city, there will inevitably be more urban villages in China. In this area, there are a large number of people who live here, and there are various problems in their living environment. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of rental house in the urban village of Hohhot, this paper takes the representative "row type" rental house as an example to optimize and explore the design methods suitable for different types of low-income people to rent.
