昌都地区民居厨房空间组织形式研究

摘　　要：昌都地区的传统建筑有着特殊的厨房空间组织形式,为了研究当地民居的厨房空间组织形式优劣,为建筑节能设计提供参考依据,本文通过实地调研、分类对比等方法从生活习惯、宗教文化等方面入手对昌都地区传统民居的厨房组织形式进行研究,结果表明昌都地区传统建筑中通过将厨房空间与居住空间结合、迁徙等方方式增加室内热环境舒适度。The traditional architecture in Changdu area has a special form of kitchen space organization.In order to study the advantages and disadvantages of kitchen space organization form of local residential buildings and provide reference for building energy-saving design, this paper studies the kitchen organization form of traditional residential buildings in Changdu area from the aspects of living habits, religious culture and other aspects through field investigation, classification and comparison.The results show that the indoor thermal comfort can be increased by combining kitchen space with residential space and migrating in traditional buildings in Changdu area.
