摘　　要：以政策价值文化输入传播为主导,从关注解决扶贫资源配置、扶贫主体行动、精准扶贫效果三个维度,透视精准扶贫清单信息数字化传播的治理效应这一关键节点,是青海藏区稳定发展中搞好精准扶贫问题的核心问题。Taking the input of policy values and culture as the leading role, we will focus on addressing the three dimensions of poverty reduction resources allocation, poverty reduction main actions, and precision poverty reduction effects, and examine the governance effect of digital dissemination of accurate poverty alleviation list information as a key node. It is the core problem to do a good job in the steady development of Qinghai Tibetan area.
