摘　　要：共享经济正以快速的发展速度扩散到各行各业,推动了我国经济的转型升级。但是在发展的过程中也面临一系列的问题,其中信用困境最为严重。因此,本文通过对共享经济信用困境这一问题的研究来深度剖析信用建设的问题,从共享经济的信用制度、信用信息共享机制、信用评价体系和信用环境角度提出对策和建议。Sharing economy is spreading to all walks of life with rapid development speed, which promotes the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy. However, it also faces a series of problems in the development process, among which the credit problem is the most serious. Therefore, we through the study to the problem of Sharing economy credit dilemma to depth analyzes the problem of credit construction, and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspectives of credit system, credit information sharing mechanism, credit evaluation system and credit environment of sharing economy.
