摘　　要：本文借鉴学习国外发达国家先进的经济文化理论,正确认识青海藏区农牧区社会经济稳定发展的阶段性特征,搞好农牧区社会经济稳定发展,进一步增强信心,适应新常态显得十分重要。Based upon the advanced economic theories and cultures drawn from developed foreign countries,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Tibetan areas as well as the agricultural and pastoral areas of Qinghai province in different stages. The writer of this paper believes that it is of great importance to maintain the stable development in economy in these areas. Meanwhile, the writer thinks that it is crucial to enhance people’s confidence and make them adjust to the new normal in these areas.
