舒肝化瘀汤联合黛力新治疗更年期女性功能性消化不良疗效观察  

Clinical Observation on ShuGan HuaYu Decoction and Deanxit in the Treatment for Functional Dyspepsia of Menopausal Women

摘　　要：目的:观察舒肝化瘀汤联合黛力新治疗更年期女性功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将更年期女性功能性消化不良患者120例随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组给予黛力新每次1片,2次/d,早、午餐后服,复方阿嗪米特肠溶片每次2片,3次/d,口服。治疗组在对照组基础上给予舒肝化瘀汤,1剂/d,口服,治疗4周后观察2组患者临床疗效,SDS、SAS评分及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化情况。结果:2组患者治疗后SDS、SAS评分改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者总体症状积分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者FSH、LH、E2治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者FSH、LH、E2治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者FSH、LH、E2治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为90%,高于对照组的75%(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝化瘀汤联合黛力新及复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗更年期女性功能性消化不良近期疗效优于黛力新及复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗。Objective: To discuss clinical effects of ShuGan HuaYu decoction and deanxit in treating functional dyspepsia (FD) of menopausal women. Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases each group. The control group were given deanxit, one tablet each time, twice each day, taking after breakfast and lunch, compound azinomide enteric-coated tablets, two tablets each time, three times each day, oral administration. The treatment group took ShuGan HuaYu decoction on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, one dose each day, the levels of E2, LH, FSH, SAS scores, SDS and clinical effects were observed after they were treated for four weeks. Results: SDS and SAS scores of both groups after treating improved, and the difference had statistical meaning when they were compared with before treating (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P<0.05);the difference was found in the scores of total symptoms before and after treating between both groups (P<0.05), the difference was found between both groups after treating (P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in FSH, LH, E2 secretion before and after treating in the treatment group (P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of FSH, LH, E2secretion before and after treating in the control group (P<0.05);the difference was found in the levels of FSH, LH, E2 secretion between both groups after treating (P<0.05), total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%, higher than 75%of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Short-term effects of ShuGan HuaYu decoction joined with deanxit and compound azinomide enteric-coated tablets in treating functional dyspepsia of menopausal women are superior to these of only deanxit and compound azinomide enteric-coated tablets.
