预见性护理联合甘草流浸膏对全麻插管患者术后并发症的预防作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理及甘草流浸膏干预对全麻插管患者术后气道并发症的预防效果。方法:将气管插管全麻术后患者60例按随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各30例,对照组实施预见性护理及生理盐水干预,观察组实施预见性护理及甘草流浸膏干预,观察实施不同预防措施患者术后气道并发症(咳嗽、咽喉痛、咳痰)发生情况。结果:观察组预防有效率为93.3%,优于对照组的80.0%,观察组预防效果好、并发症发生少(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理联合甘草流浸膏干预能减少全麻插管患者术后气道并发症,降低并发症发生程度。Objective: To discuss the effects of predictable nursing and licorice liquid extracts on the prevention of airway complications of the patients after general anesthesia intubation. Methods: Sixty patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method, 30 cases each group, the control group were intervened by predictable nursing and physiological saline, while the observation group by predictable nursing and licorice liquid extracts, the incidences of postoperative airway complications (cough, sore throat and expectoration) were observed after the patients were intervened. Results: Prevention effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, higher than 80.0% of the control group, preventable effects were better and the complications were fewer in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Predictable nursing and licorice liquid extracts could reduce airway complications of the patients and reduce the incidence of the complications.
