芎蒌通脉方联合西地那非治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨芎蒌通脉方联合西地那非治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月～2018年3月我院门诊收治的60例痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍患者,随机分为西药组和联合组,每组30例。西药组给予西地那非治疗,联合组给予芎蒌通脉方联合西地那非治疗。观察两组治疗前后的IIEF-5、中医主症积分、性交满意度和临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,联合组的IIEF-5评分明显高于西药组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;联合组的中医主症积分明显低于西药组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;联合组的性交满意度为83.3%,明显优于西药组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;联合组的临床总有效率为90.0%,明显高于西药组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:芎蒌通脉方联合西地那非可以进一步提高治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病性勃起功能障碍临床疗效,增强患者阴茎勃起功能和勃起质量,改善患者的性交满意度。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiongloutongmai decoction combined with sildenafil in treating erectile dysfunction of Type 2 diabetes mellitus of phlegm and blood stasis type. Methods: From January 2017 to March 2018, 60 patients with erectile dysfunction of Type 2 diabetes mellitus of phlegm and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital clinic were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group, with 30 cases in each group. The western medicine group was given sildenafil, the combined group was given sildenafil combined xiongloutongmai decoction. The scores of international erectile function index(IIEF-5), main TCM symptom score, the satisfaction of sexual intercourse and clinical efficacy were observed before and after treatment. Results: After 8 weeks’ treatment, the IIEF-5 score of the combined group was higher than that of the western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05;the main TCM symptom score of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group, P <0.05;the satisfaction of sexual intercourse of the combined group(83.3%) was better than that of the western medicine group(66.7%), the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05;and the total clinical efficiency of the combined group(90.0%) was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(73.3%), P<0.05. There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: Xiongloutongmai decoction combined with sildenafil can further improve the clinical efficacy in treating erectile dysfunction of Type 2 diabetes mellitus of phlegm and blood stasis type, enhance penile erectile function and erectile quality, and improve the satisfaction of sexual intercourse.
