摘 要:目的探讨全科医学生心理资本、情绪调节自我效能感与学业投入之间的关系。方法选取某医学院校2015-2018级全科医学生221名进行问卷调查研究,采用心理资本量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表和学业投入量表对学生施测,统计分析心理资本、情绪调节自我效能感与学业投入的关系;分析情绪调节自我效能感在心理资本和学业投入的效应。结果心理资本、情绪调节自我效能感与学业投入均呈正相关(P<0.01);引入中介变量情绪调节自我效能感,心理资本对学业投入的影响有所降低,但仍然显著(P<0.01),情绪调节自我效能感在心理资本和学业投入之间起到部分中介作用。结论情绪调节自我效能感在全科医学生心理资本对学习投入的预测中起部分中介作用。Objective To explore the relationships among psychological capital,regulatory emotional self-efficacy and academic engagement in general medical students. Methods 100 general medical students of a medical college were recruited to complete questionnaire,questionnaire was carried out by using psychological capital scale,regulatory emotional self-efficacy scale and academic engagement scale. The relationships among psychological capital,regulatory emotional self-efficacy and academic engagement were analyzed. The effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy on psychological capital and academic engagement was analyzed.Results There was a positive correlation between psychological capital,regulatory emotional self-efficacy and academic engagement( P<0.01).After the introduction of intermediary variables regulatory emotional self-efficacy,the effect of professional mission on academic engagement decreased,but still significant( P < 0. 01) and the regulatory emotional self-efficacy played a part mediating role between psychological capital and academic engagement.Conclusions Regulatory emotional self-efficacy has partial mediating role in the relational between psychological capital and academic engagement in general medical students.
