摘　　要：介绍核心筒竖向剪力墙与水平结构同时进行混凝土浇筑施工的"U"法施工概念,并结合南宁华润东写字楼项目施工实践,对核心筒剪力墙与水平结构同时施工现存问题、华西超高层模架体系技术特点、核心筒模架体系规划与布局进行介绍;对"U"法施工中水平结构模板、钢筋及混凝土施工工艺进行梳理与归纳;"U"法施工解决了传流工艺中由于竖向结构与水平结构落差太大而造成的系列问题,经实际应用,效果较好。This paper introduces the concept of "U"method for concrete pouring of core-tube vertical shear wall and horizontal structure at the same time. Combining with concrete construction practice,it introduces the existing problems in concurrent construction of core-tube shear wall and horizontal structure,the technical characteristics of Huaxi super high-rise formwork system,and the planning and layout of core tube formwork system in east office building of Nanning Huarun Center. The construction technology of structural formwork,reinforcement and concrete is sorted out and summarized,and the construction technology and experience of "U"method are briefly summarized.
