摘 要:以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和腐植酸钾为原材料,过硫酸钾为激发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备腐植酸基的腐植酸钾-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺保水剂,加入腐植酸钾,既降低成本又提高保水剂的性能及增强土壤肥力,可获得保水增肥的效果。并对保水剂进行表征。研究结果表明:在单体丙烯酸质量为基准,腐植酸钾用量为3%(wt,质量分数),过硫酸钾用量为0.3%(wt,质量分数),N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺用量为0.03%(wt,质量分数),反应温度为40℃,反应时间为2h条件下,共聚合成的腐植酸基保水剂的吸去离子水倍率为821g/g,吸0.9%盐水的倍率为81g/g,保水性能较好。Using acrylic acid,acrylamide and potassium humic acid as raw materials,potassium persulfate as initiator,N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent,the humic acid-based agricultural water-conservation agent was prepared by solution polymerization.Adding potassium humate not only reduced costs,but also improved the performance of water-conservation agent and enhanced soil fertility,the purposes of water and fertilizer were achieved.The water-conservation agent was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The experiment showed that the dosage of potassium humate was 3%(wt,mass fraction),the amount of initiator was 0.3%(wt,mass fraction),the amount of crosslinking agent was 0.03%(wt,mass fraction),the reaction temperature 40℃,the reaction time was 2 h,the deionized water absorption rate of super absorbent polymer was 821 g/g,0.9%brine suction rate of81 g/g,which had good water retention.
