基于因子分析的我国省际高质量发展水平评价——兼论江西高质量发展路径

摘　　要：从经济发展、结构协调、创新驱动、开放升级、生态文明、成果共享6个方面构建江西省经济高质量发展水平评价指标体系;然后运用主成分分析法对2010年～2016年江西省经济高质量发展水平进行测算,结果表明2010年～2016年江西省经济高质量发展水平呈现平稳上升趋势,2013年综合得分转负为正,发展水平有了质的突破;接着分别计算了2010年和2016年28个省份的经济高质量发展水平得分,结果表明江西省在28个省份中排名有所上升,但水平仍有待提升;最后从创新驱动、产业升级以及绿色发展等方面提出提高江西省经济高质量发展水平的对策建议。This paper constructs the evaluation index system for the high-quality development level of economy in Jiangxi Province from six aspects of economic development, structural coordination, innovation -driven, opening up and upgrading, ecological civilization and achievement sharing and then uses principal component analysis to calculate the high-quality development level of economy in Jiangxi province from 2010 to 2016. The results show that the high-quality development level of economy in Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2016 shows a steady upward trend. In 2013, the comprehensive score turned positive and the development level had a qualitative breakthrough. Then, the scores of the high-quality development level of economy in 28 provinces across the country in 2010 and 2016 are calculated separately. The results indicate that Jiangxi province has increased its ranking in 28 provinces, but its level is still relatively backward. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the high-quality development of economy in Jiangxi province from the aspects of innovationdrive, industrial upgrading and green development.
