摘 要:作为典型高柔结构类型之一,高耸烟囱发生破坏的工程实例屡见不鲜。本文对国内外739座烟囱破坏实例进行统计汇总,对比分析了地震作用、风荷载、温度应力等不同因素下烟囱破坏的一些规律。结果表明,钢烟囱的破坏主要是由风荷载造成,地震造成的破坏90%为砖烟囱,温度原因和施工原因造成的破坏以钢混烟囱为主。地震造成的破坏数目最多,其次是温度应力。不统计砖烟囱时,温度应力造成破坏最多,约占50%,地震作用、施工和风荷载占比相当。各因素造成破坏的平均严重程度由重到轻依次为风、地震、温度、施工。各因素造成破坏烟囱的平均高度从高到低依次为风、施工、温度、地震。随着破坏高度的增大烟囱破坏等级大致呈增大趋势。相关结论可提高人们对烟囱破坏的宏观认识,为设计、施工和研究人员提供参考。As one of the typical high-flexible structures, failure cases of high chimneys are not seldom. 739 chimneys were statistically summarized in this paper, and some failure characteristics under different factors such as earthquake, wind load and temperature were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the damage of steel chimney is mainly caused by wind load, while 90% of the failure cases caused by earthquake is brick chimney. The damage cases caused by temperature and construction are mainly concrete chimney. Most of the damage cases were caused by earthquake, followed by temperature. Except brick chimneys, temperature stress causes damage of about 50%, while earthquake action, construction effect and wind loads account for a similar proportion. The average severity of damage caused by various factors is wind, earthquake, temperature and construction from heavy to light. The average height of the damaged chimney caused by various factors is wind, construction, temperature and earthquake from high to low. As the height of the damage increases, the damage level of the chimney increases substantially. Relevant conclusions can raise people’s macro understanding of chimney damage and provide reference for designers, constructors and researchers.
