摘　　要：就某办公楼16.2m跨框架梁加固问题,结合工程实际,从设计合理性、施工可行性及可靠性等方面对增大截面加固法、整体桁架加固法及外包型钢加固法进行方案比选,最终选择外包型钢加固法对框架梁进行加固。最后给出采用外包型钢加固法的设计流程及施工注意事项,文章可为类似改造加固工程提供有益的借鉴。This paper concerned on the reinforcement of 16. 2 m frame beam of an office building. Combining the engineering practice, several plans including the method of increasing section reinforcement, integral truss reinforcement and outsourcing beam reinforcement were compared based on design rationality, construction feasibility and reliability. Finally, the method of outsourcing beam reinforcement was chosen to reinforce the frame beam. At last, the design process and construction precautions of the method of outsourcing beam reinforcement were given. The article could be used for reference in similar reconstruction and reinforcement projects.
