摘 要:为得到实验室现有户用太阳能单效溴化锂吸收式制冷系统的运行参数,综合考虑环境温度、辐照度、制冷量、COP值和集热面积等,对系统温水入口温度、冷却水入口温度及冷媒水出口温度进行了仿真计算。将计算结果输入实际循环,得到发生器单位热负荷值,并与模拟值进行对比。结果表明:温水入口温度、冷却水入口温度、冷媒水出口温度的最优范围分别为66~71℃、25~30℃和14~17℃;由于实际循环中存在非凝性气体、管路流动阻力、热交换器热量无法完全回收以及发生器热损等情况,发生器单位热负荷的实测值略大于模拟值,且随着温水入口温度升高两者误差不断增大,最大误差为11.8%,平均误差不超过7%,说明运行参数选取具有较高的准确性。To obtain the operating parameters of the existing household solar single-effect lithium bromide absorption refrigeration system in laboratory,the warm water inlet temperature,cooling inlet temperature and refrigerant water outlet temperature of system are simulated with the comprehensive consideration of ambient temperature,irradiance,refrigerating capacity,COP and heat collection area,etc..The unit heat load value of the generator is obtained by entering the above results into the actual cycle and compared with the simulated value.The results show that the warm water inlet temperature,cooling inlet temperature and refrigerant water outlet temperature optimal range is 66~71 ℃,25~30 ℃ and 14~17 ℃,respectively.Due to the existence of non-condensable gases,pipe flow resistance,heat losses of heat exchangers and generators,the measured values are slightly larger than the simulated values and the errors increase with the warm water inlet temperature.However,the maximum error is 11.8% and the average error is less than 7%,which indicates that the selection of the above parameters has relatively high accuracy.
