摘 要:为了分析预滤棉的作用,优化预滤棉的应用工艺,自制了微型褶形滤芯,探究了滤芯褶高对其阻力上升和容尘性能的影响,接着进一步研究了更换三次预滤棉对滤芯阻力上升和容尘性能的影响。结果表明,褶高55 mm的滤芯的初始压差相对于褶高45 mm和35 mm的滤芯分别降低了2.81%和22.33%,滤芯加载A2灰的质量分别提高了18.45%、59.72%。褶高35 mm的滤芯更换预滤棉后,加载A2灰的总质量为11.60 g,相对于滤芯单独使用时,加灰质量提高了46.46%。In order to study the role of pre-filter wrap and optimize the application process of pre-filter wrap, micro-pleated filter element were made to investigate the influence of the pleat height on filter's pressure drop and dust holding performance, and then further studied the effect of three-warp-changing strategy on pressure drop and dust holding performance of filters. The results showed that the initial pressure drop of the filter with 55 mm pleat height reduced by 2.81% and 22.33%, and loaded dust mass increased by 18.45% and 59.72% compared with filter with 35 mm and 45 mm pleat height, respectively. In the experiment of replacing the pre-filtered wrap with 35 mm pleat height, the total loaded dust mass was 11.60 g, compared to the filter used alone, the loaded dust mass increased by 46.46%.
