摘　　要：从一件在造纸领域轰动一时、历时6年、赔偿金额高达6165万元的专利诉讼案件出发,结合专利复审委员会针对涉案专利做出的三次无效宣告请求审查决定书、以及涉案专利在申请公布阶段和授权阶段权利要求书的变化,综合分析涉案专利文件在权利要求撰写方面的优点,以期这起专利诉讼能给企业在权利要求撰写方面带来一些启示。Based on a profound patent litigation which lasted six years in paper making field, the paper discussed how to draft high quality patent claim. According to the three examination decisions on request for invalidation by PATENT REEXAMINATION BOARD OF CNIPA, and the patent claim drafting changes in patent application document and final patent document, the paper discussed the advantages of these patent claims drafting, so as to provide advice and inspiration for enterprises in this filed.
