摘  要:木屑一直是灰树花主要的栽培基质,但木质资源日趋匮乏。本文采用单纯格子法筛选替代木屑基质的原材料及高产配方,以玉米芯、玉米秸秆、大豆秸秆、水稻秸秆为栽培基质,以产量为考核指标,建立各组分配比与产量之间的回归模型,优化栽培配方及考察配方中各组分的互作效应。结果表明:玉米芯可以替代木屑栽培灰树花,大豆秸秆、水稻秸秆和玉米秸秆可以与玉米芯进行合适配比,也可以替代木屑基质。优化的高产配方为75%玉米芯,23%麦麸,2%轻质碳酸钙,每袋产量平均达133.3 g,比对照配方平均产量(97.25 g)高出36.05 g,提高了37.07%。The sawdust has been the main substrate of G. frondosa,but the wooden resources have been seriously deficient. In this paper,the simplex-lattice design was adopted to optimize the proportion of four major components( corn cobs,soybean straw,rice straws and maize straws),in order to replacing sawdust in the substrate used for cultivating G. frondosa. Fifteen formulations were devised based on variations in the content of the main components,and their efficacy was determined using fruit body yield as the main evaluation index. The analysis of regression equations linking this index and the main substrate component revealed that sawdust can be completely replaced by corn cob,and can also be replaced by soybean straw,rice straw and maize straw with corn cobs appropriate proportion. The optiomal formula for maximal mushroom yield( 133.3 g per bag) was 75% corn cobs,23% wheat bean,2% CaCO3,and this yield was up to 37.07 percent compared to the control formulation( 97.25 g per bag) consisting of 75% sawdust,23% wheat bean,2% CaCO3.
