摘 要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析测试手段系统研究不同热处理工艺制度对上引-连续挤压法制备Cu-Cr-Ag合金微观组织性能的影响规律。结果表明,上引连铸Cu-Cr-Ag合金棒坯经连续挤压过程中合金发生了强烈的剪切变形,晶粒破碎明显,其晶粒平均尺寸为4~5μm。挤压后合金经60%冷轧,875℃固溶1h,60%冷轧,450℃时效不同时间后,其维氏硬度与时效时间的关系呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势,而导电率与时效时间的关系呈先快速上升后缓慢增加最后趋于稳定的趋势。固溶冷变形后合金在450℃时效的析出序列为过饱和固溶体→G.P区→fcc Cr相→有序化→bcc Cr相,且bcc Cr相与基体的取向关系呈N-W关系,即(110)_(Cr)//(111)_(Cu),(001)_(Cr)//(111)_(Cu),[110]_(Cr)//[112]_(Cu)。The effects of aging treatment on microstructure and properties of Cu-Cr-Ag alloy fabricated by up-drawn continuous casting and continuous extrusion were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the grains are refined significantly, with an average size of 4~5 μm, when the cast rob was processed during the continuous extrusion. The Vickers hardness firstly decreases rapidly, then raises quickly, finally decreases slowly and the electrical conductivity firstly increases rapidly, then raises slowly, finally trends to stable as the aging time rising, when the Cu-Cr-Ag alloy was solutioned at 875 ℃ for 1 h, 60% cold deformation and aged at 450 ℃ for different time. The precipitation sequence of Cu-Cr-Ag alloy aged at 450 ℃ is supersaturated solid solution→G.P zones→fcc Cr phase→order fcc Cr phase→bcc Cr phase. The orientation relationship between bcc Cr precipitates and the matrix exhibits NW-OR, i. e.(110)Cr//(111)Cu,(001)Cr//(111)Cu,[110]Cr//[112]Cu.
