摘  要:Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在成骨细胞分化早期发挥促进作用,分化末期发挥抑制作用,并且在失重环境下调节成骨细胞的发育,参与失重导致的骨丢失调控,表现为在失重条件下,成骨细胞的Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的激活受抑,进而影响了成骨细胞的增殖分化。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路调控成骨细胞的发育及其在失重条件下对成骨细胞功能影响的研究进展做以下综述。Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays an important role in the differentiation and proliferation of osteoblasts.Activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway promotes the differentiation of osteoblast in the early stage of differentiation while inhibits it at the end of differentiation.It also regulates the development of osteoblasts under microgravity and is involved in bone loss induced by microgravity.It has shown that the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in osteoblasts is inhibited under microgravity,which affects the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.The progresses related to the effects of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway on the development and the function of osteoblasts under microgravity are reviewed in this article.
