摘　　要：目的探讨移动互联网+STEP在2型糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—6月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者49例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=24)。对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上采取移动互联网+STEP,对比2组患者血糖及自我管理行为。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖值较低,SDSCA评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病管理中应用移动互联网+STEP,不仅能有效控制血糖水平,还可提升患者自我管理能力。Objective To investigate the application effect of mobile internet and STEP in management of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 49 patients with T2DMin the hospital fromJanuary to June 2018 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=24)by randomnumber table.Control group was given routine treatment and nursing,while observation group was given mobile internet and STEP based on control group.The blood glucose and self-management behavior were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in observation group were lower,while the score of SDSCA in observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile internet and STEP in management of T2DM can effectively control the level of blood glucose,and increase self-management behavior.
