摘　　要：目的研究胃顺舒片的抗胃溃疡作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用小鼠水浸应激型胃溃疡、大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡2种实验性胃溃疡模型进行实验,观察胃顺舒片对实验性胃溃疡的抗溃疡作用。分别检测水浸应激型胃溃疡小鼠和幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的溃疡指数,并测定幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性,以评价胃顺舒片的抗胃溃疡效果并初步探讨其作用机制。结果胃顺舒片可显著降低水浸应激型胃溃疡小鼠和幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的溃疡指数,并能抑制幽门结扎型胃溃疡大鼠的胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性。结论胃顺舒片有明显的抗胃溃疡作用,其作用机制可能与其抑制胃酸和胃蛋白酶活性及抗应激有关。Objective To study the action of Weishunshu tablet on the experimental gastric ulcer and to investigate the potential mechanism.Methods Two kinds of experimental ulcer models including water immersion and restraint stress induce ulcer inmouse and pyloric ligational ulcer in rats were used to observe the anti-ulcer actions of Weishunshu tablet on experimental gastric ulcer.The ulcer index of two kinds of experimental ulcer model animals and the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin activit in pyloric ligational ulcer in rats were measured.Results The results showed that the Weishunshu tablet significantly inhibited ulcer formation induced by water immersion and restraint stress model mouse and pyloric ligational ulcer model rats.It significantly reduced ulcer index of two kinds of ulcer model and reduced the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin activity.Conclusion Weishunshu tablet has obvious anti-ulcer effect on on the experimental gastric ulcer.the experimental data are identical with Weishunshu's clinical curative effect on gastric ulcer.Its mechanism maybe related with anti-stress and reduced the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin activity.
